Marketing
“I plan your 30-day calendar, write captions in your voice, and post for you while you run service. Photos in, posts out. You stay in the kitchen.”

Reviews
“Bad review hits at 9pm? I've drafted the reply before you've put down the last plate. Good ones, I turn into posts. Angry ones, I flag before they go viral.”

Growth
“I run your local SEO, optimise your Google listing, and win back the regulars who quietly ghosted you. The kind of stuff agencies charge £500 to £2,000 a month for.”

Sales
“Someone slides into your Instagram asking about a birthday for 14? I reply in your voice, send the sample menu, take the deposit. While you're plating.”

Support
“Coeliac guest asking about cross-contamination at 10pm? I answer from your allergen matrix, flag anything uncertain to you, and never guess.”

Operations
“Tuesday revenue down 12% three weeks running? I noticed before you did. I won't tell you what to do - just what's slipping. The call is yours.”

Channels
“You're losing 25 to 35% to the apps. I'll build you direct ordering with 0% commission - just card fees - sync your menu across every aggregator, and slowly move your regulars from their app to yours.”

Phone
“Bookings, allergen questions, hours, location - I handle calls so you don't have to break service to grab the phone.”

Books
“VAT return drafts, supplier invoice checks, daily takings, payroll reminders. Ready for you or your accountant to sign off.”

Kitchen
“I track what's running low, predict what you'll need for the weekend, and draft your supplier orders before the cutoff. You approve, I send.”

See them in action
Pick an agent and watch the thread play out: the message they send you, and the tap they wait for. All ten live in the same Telegram thread.

A recreation of the Telegram threads these agents send. The restaurant and the guests shown are examples, not customers.
Theo · One menu, every platform
This is the whole interface. Your agents live in Telegram, the app already open on your phone. There is no dashboard to learn, no login, and nothing new to check.
He types how he talks
No forms, no fields, no dashboard. A message in the app already on the phone.
Theo pulls it from everywhere at once
One message, and the dish comes off every aggregator and the till together, not one login at a time.
Nothing gets missed
Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat and the till all show the same menu, so nobody orders something the kitchen does not have.
Theo is one of ten. The other nine write your posts, answer reviews, chase bookings and watch the till - all in the same thread, all working off the same restaurant.

Nia · Replies in your voice
No email, no signup, nothing to install. Take the one you have been avoiding and see how it reads answered properly.
What comes back
A reply you could post as it stands, written under the same rules the reviews agent works to every day:
Ten people. One restaurant. Zero you've-got-mail panic.
Illustrative day. Figures are examples, not results.
“While you're prepping for service, Joey's queued today's content: 11:30am dish drop, 5pm review card. Tap-tap, both approved. Your Instagram works while you cook.”
→ £210 in lunchtime walk-ins tracked back to this post.
Meet Joey →“"Thanks Sarah - we're sorry the wait stretched longer than we'd like on Sunday. We've talked to the team. Hope you'll come back soon - first round on us." On-brand. Crisis averted. You didn't lift a finger.”
→ Sarah's negative review never went public. Replied with class.
Meet Nia →“Your lamb shank was £18 on direct but £21 on Uber Eats - inconsistent pricing flagged. Approved the fix, all four platforms synced. Customers won't see two prices for the same dish.”
→ Brand consistency held across every channel.
Meet Theo →“Launched a 'midweek Italian lunch' campaign targeted at office workers within 1km. £40 budget. Joey wrote the captions and queued the posts.”
→ 23 new bookings by Friday. £580 in covers.
Meet Frankie →“Party of 8 for next Friday asking about set menus. Hugo said up front he was an AI assistant, answered in your voice, sent the menu PDF, took the booking details, and handed off to Bash to confirm.”
→ £640 booking captured. You never broke service.
Meet Hugo →“Sent them a "we miss you" note with a free dessert. They booked Saturday.”
→ £80 cover saved without you knowing they'd gone quiet.
Meet Frankie →“Cheese supplier billed for 12kg, delivery note said 10kg. Maya flagged the £18 discrepancy, drafted the email to the supplier, ready for you to approve.”
→ £18 you would've paid without noticing.
Meet Maya →“Sea bream running low - 11 portions left, weekend forecast needs 24. Salmon over-ordered last week - 8kg in chiller, projected demand 5kg. Supplier order drafted, salmon dropped, sea bream doubled.”
→ £180 in waste prevented. Sold-out moments avoided.
Meet Remy →“DM in your voice, sample menu sent, £100 deposit taken. Party of 14 on Saturday - while you were plating mains.”
→ £1,200 birthday party booked. Deposit paid before service ended.
Meet Bash →“Answered from your allergen matrix, flagged the one dish you'd marked 'ask chef' to you, and asked the guest to confirm with the team on arrival. They booked once you'd confirmed.”
→ Allergen question answered from what your kitchen had confirmed. Nothing guessed.
Meet Lucia →“Today: 142 covers (vs 118 avg). Joey's lunch post drove 11 walk-ins. Nia handled 3 reviews, all 5-star. Bash booked the party of 14 for Saturday. Tomorrow's prep brief ready in your inbox.”
→ You went home knowing exactly how the day went.
Meet Bruno →Ten agents. One day. Every one of these jobs done while you ran service.
Tomorrow they do it again.
What signup looks like

The comparison
Every job below is one an agent does. Here is what the software and agencies that do them charge a single-site restaurant.
The job
Typical UK cost / month
Total, stitched together
Separate logins, separate invoices, none of them talking to each other
AgentResto - one bill
Starting at £99/month
Flat, per restaurant, no usage fees. Every restaurant is different, so tell us what you need and we will put together the right setup and price for you.

Ranges based on published UK and US vendor pricing, September 2026. Your mileage will vary, and any one of these jobs can be bought cheaper on its own - some are given away to get you onto a platform. The difference here is that all ten work off the same restaurant, and talk to each other.
Ten specialists, each with a specific job. • Joey runs your Instagram - daily posts, captions, calendar • Nia drafts a reply to every Google, TripAdvisor and aggregator review in your voice • Frankie runs local SEO, your Google Business Profile, and win-backs for regulars who quietly stopped coming • Bash replies to guest messages and books tables, including birthdays and private events • Lucia answers customer questions round the clock on website chat • Bruno watches your POS for revenue dips, menu profitability and anomalies • Theo manages your direct ordering and keeps your menu in step across the delivery apps • Hugo answers your phone in your voice and says he is an AI assistant • Maya checks invoices and drafts your VAT return for your accountant • Remy tracks stock, paces orders and cuts waste
Live today: Nia, Bruno, Theo, Maya, Remy. In beta, working but still being finished: Joey, Frankie. Coming Q4: Bash, Lucia, Hugo. Live means you can use it now with nothing missing. We would rather tell you an agent is not ready than let you find out yourself.
A flat monthly price per restaurant, starting at £99/month. It is not per agent, and it is not usage-based - there are no metered fees. Generous fair-use limits are published on the pricing page. Every restaurant is different, so tell us what you need and we will put together the right setup and price for you.
Founding restaurants have their rate locked for 12 months. After that, and for everyone else, we give 30 days' notice of any change - by email, never quietly.
Lucia and Hugo answer allergen questions only from the written allergen matrix your kitchen has confirmed. They never guess. Any dish you have not explicitly marked comes straight to you instead of being answered, and every allergen answer asks the guest to confirm with the team when they arrive. Under UK food law the accuracy of that information remains your restaurant's responsibility, which is exactly why nothing is invented.
UK systems: Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat and HubRise for delivery; Google Business Profile and TripAdvisor for reviews; Instagram for posting; Zonal, Tevalis, Epos Now, SumUp, Square and Lightspeed for POS; ResDiary, OpenTable, SevenRooms, Quandoo and DesignMyNight for bookings; Xero, QuickBooks and Sage for accounting. Anything not connected yet is labelled 'coming' on the Works with section - we do not claim integrations we have not built.
Because restaurants are messy. The skill needed to write a good Instagram caption is not the skill needed to defuse an angry customer, and neither is the skill needed to spot a Tuesday revenue dip. We built ten specialists instead of one generalist, each better at its job than a generic tool.
Pramit Mazumdar, after ten years working in restaurants. AgentResto is a product of Titan Studio AI Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17401869. The About page has the full story.
Independent restaurants, cafes, pubs, sports bars, bakeries and dessert shops. If you have one to five sites and you are tired of overpaying an agency, or doing it yourself at 11pm, this is for you. It is not built for chains.
Hootsuite is a scheduling tool - you still write everything yourself. AgentResto writes, designs, posts and replies for you, then asks you to approve it. Hootsuite saves you ten minutes a day.
No. You send Joey a photo over Telegram like you would to a friend, and it does the rest. If you can take a photo on your phone, you can use this.
Not unless you turn it on. Posts, review replies, supplier orders and VAT returns are all drafted for your approval by default. You can switch on autopilot for the ones you trust, and switch it off again whenever you like.
Yes. Cancel anytime, no contract, no questions. Your first month is free, and cancelling keeps your data for 30 days in case you want to restart.
Stored securely on UK infrastructure. We do not sell it, share it, or train models on it for other restaurants. We are a UK Ltd company. Full details, including our sub-processors, are in the privacy policy.
No. ChatGPT does not know what National Curry Week is. It does not know your menu, your brand voice, your match-day schedule or your closing days. It does not post to your Instagram, reply to your reviews, sync your delivery menus or answer your phone. This is a purpose-built team for restaurants, with the guardrails a restaurant actually needs.
