Home/AI for Restaurants/Operations
Restaurant operations automation, all four live.
Revenue that gets watched, stock that gets ordered, invoices that get reconciled, a menu that stays in sync across every app. Nothing here is a roadmap slide.
Tuesday's dip flagged before you noticed it. Frankie had a plan by morning.
Sea bream order adjusted. Salmon cut. £180 in waste prevented this week.
VAT draft ready before you remembered it was due. Every invoice accounted for.
Four platforms synced. Price mismatch caught. Commission on your own site: zero.
Operations automation, straight answers.
What does "restaurant operations automation" mean here?
The back-of-house admin that eats an owner's evening: watching whether takings are actually normal for a Tuesday, keeping stock and supplier orders moving, reconciling invoices for VAT, and keeping one menu in step across every delivery app. Four agents, each live today: Bruno, Remy, Maya and Theo.
Are these agents actually live, or roadmap?
Live today, all four: Bruno (revenue and cover monitoring), Remy (stock and kitchen), Maya (books) and Theo (channels and direct ordering). A restaurant can use each one now with nothing missing.
Does anything act without an owner's sign-off?
No. Bruno reports, it does not decide - it tells you what is slipping and what it is worth, the call is always yours. Remy drafts supplier orders for one-tap approval, and does not buy anything on its own. Maya only ever prepares a draft VAT return for your accountant; she never files with HMRC.
What systems does it connect to?
Bruno reads from your POS (Zonal, Tevalis, Epos Now, SumUp, Square, and more marked honestly as coming on the Works with page). Theo syncs Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat. Maya connects to Xero, with QuickBooks and Sage on the roadmap. Nothing is claimed live here that is not listed live on Works with.
What does it cost?
From £99/month, flat per restaurant. Every restaurant is different. Tell us what you need and we will put together the right setup and price for you.
