Will Bash message customers who haven't messaged first?
No. Bash only ever replies to messages a guest sent you first, within the 24-hour window Meta's official messaging API allows. It never sends cold or unsolicited DMs.
How are deposits and confirmations handled?
Deposits are taken through Stripe, and a booking is only confirmed once the details actually check out - never on the model's say-so. Sample menus and confirmations for private parties are handled the same way, end to end.
Which booking systems will Bash sync with?
ResDiary, OpenTable, SevenRooms, Quandoo and DesignMyNight are planned, alongside Tock and Collins - none are live yet, and the site marks them "planned" rather than claiming a sync that does not exist.
What comes after launch?
Phone bookings via voice AI, joining Hugo, and a web booking widget for your own site are planned for the six months after launch. Corporate and concierge account management, and a group sales pipeline for weddings and corporate events, sit on the 12-18 month horizon.
