1. What cookies we use
AgentResto uses a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working - they remember your session and keep forms secure. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share anything a cookie tells us.
2. Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics (no cookies) and Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. Google Analytics cookies are off by default and only set once you accept the cookie banner - if you decline, or say nothing, we still get an anonymous, cookieless count of visits with no identifier tied to you. Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again. If enabled, we may also use Microsoft Clarity for anonymised session recordings and heatmaps, gated by the same accept/decline choice as Google Analytics.
3. Cookies set by others
If you start a checkout, Stripe sets its own cookies on its own pages to process the payment and prevent fraud. Those are covered by Stripe's cookie policy, not this one. Embedded content from other services can set cookies in the same way.
4. Turning cookies off
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the site working - forms in particular. Blocking analytics cookies changes nothing about how the site behaves for you.
