Fair-use limits, agreed with you rather than guessed at. If you go over, we tell you - nothing stops working and nothing is charged behind your back.
Your limits are agreed with you when we set your restaurant up, and written into your plan. No usage fees, no surprise charges, and if you are ever near a limit we tell you before it matters.
Phone answering is metered by the minute, so it is quoted with your setup. Extra locations are quoted individually - talk to us.

Billing questions
- How does the pricing actually work?
- A flat monthly price per restaurant, starting at £99/month. It is not per agent and it is not usage-based - there are no metered fees to be surprised by. Generous fair-use limits apply, and they are published below. Every restaurant is different, so tell us what you need and we will put together the right setup and price for you.
- What happens if I hit a fair-use limit?
- We tell you. Nothing stops working and nothing is cut off mid-service. If you are consistently over, we will talk to you about the right setup - you will never find out from an invoice.
- Will my price go up when more agents launch?
- Founding restaurants have their rate locked for 12 months. After that, and for everyone else, we give 30 days' notice before any price change - always by email, never quietly.
- When does billing start?
- After your free first month. You are not charged until day 31, and there is no card needed to start.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards via Stripe - Mastercard, Visa and Amex. No bank transfer or invoice billing yet.
- Can I cancel or pause?
- You can cancel any time, with no contract and no exit fee. Pausing is not available yet, but cancelling preserves your data for 30 days if you want to restart.
- Do I get a receipt?
- Yes. Stripe emails an automatic receipt on every billing date.
